The Breastfeeding Hub Ltd. Data Protection and Privacy Policy is in line with the General Data Protection Regulation (2018) that will govern how a company uses the data they collect and share. This new regulation comes into place on 25th May 2018. This is not an exhaustive list, but we will only use data you have given us and your dated signature will identify your approval of the information we have documented in your electronic file.

We will keep the personal information you have given us to book your entrance ticket. This information will include your name address, your baby’s name, date of birth and gender.

If the facilitator of the session makes any notes on the duplicate notes pages we use, the duplicate copy will be scanned and saved on the company iCloud file, then the paper copy will be shredded and disposed of securely.

The personal information collected from your usage of the App are your login details, to include your name and email address. We will keep the personal information you have given us to book your attendance on the course. This information will include your name, address, and the details of any others who may attend the courses and your baby’s due date, or date of birth as appropriate. We will ask for details of your previous births if applicable, to include type of delivery, method of feeding and babies date of birth.

1.5 Breastfeeding Hub: Business Consultancy

The personal details we will collect if you are an employee of our client and engage with any services which are delivered directly to you these will include:include your name, address, and your partner’s name and address if they are attending with you. We will ask for details of your previous births if applicable, to include type of delivery, method of feeding and babies date of birth, dependent on the course you take. If you then decide to take advantage of our discounted Lactation Consultancy services, you will need to refer to point 1.1.
